Firebase Console → Authentication → Add User
Set email and a strong password

Copy the UID
Visible after user creation in the Users list

Firestore → Create Document
Collection: admins | Document ID: paste UID here
Add fields: role: "superadmin" email: "your@email.com" name: "Your Name"

Click "Admin" in the website footer and sign in
